•Promote legislation that will encourage and support growth of business and industry through the reduction of  over burdensome regulations

•Work with community and business leaders for job creation

•Promote Southeast Missouri to attract new industries

•Support Alternate Fuels in Missouri to reduce our dependence on foreign oil, create markets for our farmers and provide jobs for Missouri

 

AGRICULTURE

•Boost exports, promote the repairs of our locks and dams, and support the Fischer Delta Research Center and the Missouri Rice Research Farm

•Work with Congress on Energy Programs to reduce foreign oil dependency

MILITARY

•Support for our military troops

•Improve services for veterans

•wife of Retired Army veteran

IMMIGRATION

•Vigorously oppose any effort to issue driver’s licenses to illegal immigrants, as other states have done

•Support legal pathways  for immigration

SENIOR CITIZENS

•Be a voice for our senior citizens in Jefferson City

•Stop internet fraud and scams on our seniors

HEALTH CARE

•Defend the care of our elderly and children

•Support the individualized patient treatment approach, not a one size fits all

 

 

PROTECTING CHILDREN

 

Will fight to protect the unborn and our families and children

 

Fight to reduce drugs through support of local law enforcement

Tila’s Biography:

•Grew up on family farm in Stoddard County

•Graduate of Richland High School,  Salutatorian  of Class  1989

•Graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with Bachelor’s in Education  

•Taught at Kenny Roger’s CP Center, Bloomfield and Poplar Bluff School Districts

•Graduate of Poplar Bluff School District Practical Nursing Program

•Worked as LPN in family practice, internal medicine clinics, in home care and long term care settings

•Graduate of Excelsior College School of Nursing with Associates Degree in Nursing

•Work experience as RN in hospital, hospice, home health settings and long term care environment 

•Active member of Sweet Prospect General Baptist Church as organist and children and youth teacher/director

Member of National Rifle Association, Stoddard County Farm Bureau, American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators, Dexter Rotary Club and Civil Air Patrol
